Morus Alba. Beautiful house, delicious food. The majestic tree stands naked, undaunted by the coming winter. Over its 15 meters standing, the seasons pass. Its’ soft but strong wood is not destined for the great status of Mahogany or Ebony, rather to be music, a beer barrel or a basket of pears is enough. While to the ladies it gives a light gold to their dressing tables. From mulberry is also made the Rabab, with its deeply captivating sound. The Afghan saying “Rubab, Rupee, Roghan” means that music is the only thing a man needs to be happy, along with a couple of other things of course!
